Monolite Holdings was founded by Maria Rozentsvayg and Konstantin Parilov. Both of them bring a combined experience of over 40 years in the areas of engineering, management, construction and investment management.
Our team of dedicated architects, engineers and contractors have extensive experience in luxury homes building and renovations.
